Refund & Return Policy

At Healthera Nutrascience Pvt. Ltd., we aim to provide high-quality health and wellness products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The request is raised within 7 days of receiving the order.

Note:
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products that have been opened or partially used

  • Products damaged due to customer handling

  • Free gifts, promotional items, or discounted products

  • Items without proof of purchase (invoice/order ID)

3. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

  1. We will arrange a pickup or ask you to self-ship the item.

  2. After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the refund status.

  3. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Replacement Policy

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund:

  • A replacement will be sent once the returned product is received and verified.

  • If the product is out of stock, you may choose another product of equal value or receive a full refund.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped for a full refund.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed. You may request a return after receiving the product (conditions apply).
