Thank you for choosing Healthera Nutrascience Pvt. Ltd. We aim to deliver your products safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines how your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive an email/SMS notification once your order is shipped.


2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all major locations within India.
For international shipping, please contact our support team before placing an order.


3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-Metro Cities: 5–7 business days

  • Remote / Rural Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unexpected logistical issues.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges may apply based on your delivery location, order weight, and package size.

  • Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain value (as per current offers or promotions).

Any applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout before payment.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking link or tracking number via email/SMS.
You can use it to monitor your package until delivery.


6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that your address and contact details are correct while placing the order.
We are not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect address

  • Incomplete information

  • Unreachable phone number

Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.


7. Shipping Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters

  • Weather conditions

  • Pandemic-related restrictions

  • Courier partner issues

  • Strikes or transportation disruptions

In such cases, we request your patience and cooperation.


8. Damage During Transit

If your product arrives damaged or tampered with, please:

  • Take clear photos/videos of the package

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

We will assist you with a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Return Policy.


9. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery 1–3 times, depending on location.
If the package is not received or refused, it may be returned to us.
Re-delivery charges may apply.
